Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a hardcore Business Development Manager who can generate business, build strong client relationships, and bring long-term revenue to the company.

This is NOT a passive account management role. We need someone aggressive in lead generation, confident in client communication, and highly disciplined in follow-up and closures.

What We Really Need

• Strong experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
• Daily cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
• Ability to convert prospects into active clients
• Must know how to maintain and retain clients long-term
• Should build trust and strong relationships with clients
• Need a “Fevicol-like” personality — clients should stay connected and loyal
• Must take ownership of client handling from first call to requirement generation
• Ability to bring repeat business and continuous requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Should be proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Must work with urgency and accountability

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Schedule client meetings and sales calls
• Follow up consistently until closure
• Get MSA/Agreement signed with clients
• Maintain strong client engagement and retention
• Coordinate with recruiting team for requirement fulfillment
• Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Build long-term partnerships with clients

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in USA Staffing Business Development
• Experience in Non-IT Staffing preferred
• Lead Generation
• VIDEO Meets With Clients
• Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or CRM tools is a plus
