About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT sales to drive growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven exposure to selling Web Applications, Mobile Applications, AI solutions, and custom software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
- Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Strong experience selling Web Apps, Mobile Apps, AI, and custom development services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Target-driven mindset with a strong closing ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud services, or AI-based solutions
- Strong LinkedIn and online lead-generation experience
