🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity)

About Us

Virtual Caim Private Limited is a CERT-In Empaneled Cybersecurity Auditing Organization, delivering information security, IT audits, and compliance services to enterprises, banks, and government agencies across India. With our growing global footprint, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can lead client acquisition both within India and internationally.


🔍 Role Overview

This is a full-time strategic role focused on expanding Virtual Caim’s cybersecurity offerings by building strong client pipelines, closing enterprise-level contracts, and leading business development efforts. You will also play a key role in managing a team of BDEs and overseeing tender participation and client onboarding.


📌 Key Responsibilities


🔹 Sales & Business Development

  • Target and close corporate, manufacturing, pharma, banking, and government clients in India and overseas markets.
  • Build lead funnels through industry networking, email/LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships.
  • Pitch cybersecurity services, including audits, compliance assessments, penetration testing, and awareness training.
  • Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, pricing, and service terms.


🔹 Tender Submission & Government Contracts

  • Identify and respond to government RFPs and cybersecurity-related tenders.
  • Draft and submit compliant proposals aligned with CERT-In, DPDP Act, and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete submissions.


🔹 Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Set goals and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct sessions on cybersecurity trends and consultative sales methods.


🔹 Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare tailored proposals and service agreements for clients across sectors.
  • Coordinate with legal and technical teams for proposal accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding and post-sale coordination to ensure service excellence.


🔹 Market Expansion & Networking

  • Expand Virtual Caim’s reach into international markets and emerging regions.
  • Represent the organization at key cybersecurity events and networking platforms.
  • Foster alliances with consulting firms, IT partners, and regulatory bodies.


🎯 Whom We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or tender management (cybersecurity/IT preferred)

✅ Strong experience and knowledge in Cybersecurity, Regulatory Requirements, along with international client outreach and closure

✅ Proven ability to manage RFPs, Tenders, and strategic client proposals

✅ Effective communicator and natural relationship builder

✅ Comfortable leading a team and delivering on targets

✅ Familiarity with CERT-In guidelines, DPDP Act, and cybersecurity frameworks is an advantage
