Business Development Manager

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager for our Kozhikode office. The role involves generating business opportunities, calling prospective clients, presenting projects, arranging and handling site visits, follow-ups, closing sales, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business targets.

• Experience in business development and sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends
• Ability to handle client calls, follow-ups, and sales closures
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage clients effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Real estate experience preferred
