​Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role strictly based in Delhi, India. Please note: We are exclusively seeking local candidates currently residing in Delhi for this position. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promoting the company’s document attestation, visa assistance, and translation services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, prepare sales reports, and support brand visibility through networking events and partnerships. The role requires consistent follow-up with clients, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and contributing to predictable revenue growth.


​Qualifications & Requirements

  • ​Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role is mandatory.
  • Location Profile: Must be a local resident of Delhi with a strong understanding of the local corporate landscape.
  • ​Core Competencies: Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, high-level negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Industry Experience Mandatory: A minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on business development experience specifically within the document attestation, MEA Apostille, global visa assistance, or international legal mobility sector is strictly required. You must possess existing knowledge of embassy protocols, HRD processes, and commercial legalization. Candidates with only generic sales or unrelated B2B experience will not be considered.
  • ​Advanced Education Requirement: A Master’s Degree (MBA, International Business, or equivalent) is strictly mandatory for this role. A Bachelor's degree alone will not suffice, as this position requires advanced strategic planning and high-level corporate stakeholder management.
  • ​Client Management: Elite client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and highly professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic Capabilities: Market research and strategic planning skills, including the ability to analyze trends, identify lucrative opportunities, and execute growth plans.
  • ​Operational Discipline: Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, including time management, high attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with our internal operations and service teams.
  • ​Education & Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in legal services, documentation, immigration, or B2B corporate services is highly beneficial.
  • ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  • ​Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international documentation, attestation, or visa processes, along with fluency in English and Hindi, will be a significant advantage.
