Location: Gurgaon (Travel Required)
Compensation: ₹45,000–₹65,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Role Description The Business Development Manager – Industrial Procurement & Strategic Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within industrial procurement, nurturing strategic accounts, and expanding NONA Lifestyle’s client base across key sectors. Day-to-day activities include engaging with corporate and industrial clients, understanding their procurement needs, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage the company’s supplier network and sourcing capabilities. The role involves collaborating closely with internal procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate forecasting, and strong account performance. The Business Development Manager will also prepare proposals, lead client presentations, track market trends, and contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing strategies and assess vendor performance.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and maintain compliant agreements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in industrial or corporate B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within procurement or supply chain domains.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, ERP or procurement platforms, and data analytics dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
