About the role

You will own the full sales cycle for Tradyon Outreach. Lead to close, end to end.

We need someone who can sell ice to a polar bear. Exceptional sales chops, high ownership, metric and result oriented. If you prove this out, you get to build and lead the entire Revenue org.


What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting to closed-won
  • Run demos, handle objections, close deals
  • Hit aggressive monthly revenue targets
  • Work directly with the leadership on pricing, positioning, and ICP
  • Bring field signal back into the product roadmap


Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years in senior sales, owning a number end to end
  • Startup background, ideally in a relevant domain (SaaS, trade, B2B SME)
  • Track record of consistently hitting or beating targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Thinks in funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline math
  • Sold into Middle East or SEA markets (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Past stint at an export-import company or trade-focused business (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Built a sales motion from zero before (preferred but not mandatory)


Compensation

Fixed pay plus a very strong incentive structure. Real upside for top performers, with a clear path to build and lead the Revenue org as Tradyon scales.
