Business Development Manager- HoReCa

Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager - HoReCa at our Goa location. The responsibilities include identifying and establishing relationships with clients in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf?s) sector, developing and executing strategies to grow the business, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve conducting market analysis, managing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive long-term partnerships. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders Knowledge of the HoReCa industry and market trends Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the furniture or outdoor lifestyle industry is a plus
