Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and contributing to company growth through sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms
- Pitch company products/services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client data, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Field sales or inside sales experience is an advantage
