Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales / Business Development

Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)

Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and contributing to company growth through sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms
  • Pitch company products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Follow up on leads and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain client data, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales and convincing abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales, business development, or marketing preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Field sales or inside sales experience is an advantage
