Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key tasks include market analysis, lead generation, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve organizational growth targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong work ethic, results-driven mindset, and ability to meet targets
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and travel for business development activities when required
