Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities to enhance client partnerships and expand the organization's market presence. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and NGOs, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Expertise in Market Analysis, Business Strategy Planning, and Competitive Research
- Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to generate sales reports
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or non-profit sector is an advantage
- A proactive approach with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable
