Business Development Manager – EOR & Payroll Sales

Ventura Workforce Solutions (VWS) is building India’s most defensible Employer of Record Solution — backed by Great Kapital (RK Group, USD 2B+ revenues, ICRA A−). We are the legal employer on all contracts, run payroll across all states, and fund payroll if the client needs 30, 60, or 90 days to pay. We're rapidly expanding our team and looking for someone who already operates in this space and can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone who has sold EOR or managed payroll before and has a good understanding of India’s compliance landscape.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end B2B sales for EOR and managed payroll services — from prospecting to closing
- Reach out directly to CHRO, CFO, and COO-level decision-makers evaluating EOR/payroll partners
- Build and drive pipeline using your existing network and client relationships
- Position VWS competitively against other India-focused EOR providers
What you must have
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, including 3–4 years specifically in EOR sales
- Current or most recent role at an EOR company would be an additional advantage
- EOR experience must be from firms serving Indian companies (e.g., Randstad, Quess Corp, Team Lease) as well as GCCs
- A ready, active client/prospect list you can bring and activate immediately
- Established relationships at CHRO/CFO/COO level, not just HR/TA contacts
