About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships. If you have excellent leadership skills and a passion for achieving ambitious targets, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize business growth.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and sales plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Performance & Target-Based)
