Business Development Manager – HospitalityTech, Hybrid
Our client is a fast-growth HospitalityTech organisation, established over 10 years ago and has since expanded internationally. Their software allows for restaurants to drive bookings and connect with guests, all while increasing their own presence in the local market.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in winning on new business across Manchester and surrounding areas, as well as managing existing relationships for the longer term. This organisation saw triple-digit growth last year and are now looking for an individual who can bring passion & enthusiasm to an already highly-successful region.
This is a hybrid opportunity, covering a range of in-person meetings across Manchester, as well as home-based working.
Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect new business opportunities across Manchester and surrounding areas, meeting with clients both virtually & in-person
- Manage the full sales cycle with prospective restaurant clients
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients across the territory
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and wider success across the organisation
The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months sales experience; candidates from both B2B & B2C backgrounds would be considered
- Experience selling a range of products into the hospitality industry would be ideal e.g. software, food & beverages, payments tools, equipment and more
- New business experience is essential
- Full UK driving license required
- Based in Manchester or surrounding areas
Business Development Manager Package
- Basic salary: £40,000-50,000
- OTE: +£8,000-12,000 (uncapped)
- Travel expenses covered (mileage or transport costs)
- Company laptop & mobile phone provided
- Pension options
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
