Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with education consultancy, coaching institute, educational institutions, etc.
  • Drive sales by pitching CollegeHai’s services to potential B2B clients.
  • Handle end-to-end business development, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (Preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness for extensive traveling within the state.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for travel.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Comfortable with a field-intensive role requiring on-ground presence.
