Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with education consultancy, coaching institute, educational institutions, etc.
- Drive sales by pitching CollegeHai’s services to potential B2B clients.
- Handle end-to-end business development, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (Preferably in the education sector).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness for extensive traveling within the state.
- Must have a personal vehicle for travel.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Comfortable with a field-intensive role requiring on-ground presence.
