Started in 2024, Trucks floor is an online platform delivering in-depth insights on Trucks in India. Our platform provides analysis on various types of trucks, detailed features, comparisons, reviews, photos, news, and other insightful information that helps our users make informed purchase decisions.


Role Overview:


As the Head Media Sales - Trucks Floor, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic media sales initiatives focused on our "Trucks Floor" platform. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients in the trucking and related industries. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of our media offerings. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of our platform and the success of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive media sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the Trucks Floor platform.


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of media sales professionals to exceed individual and team goals.


- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including truck manufacturers, dealers, financiers, and other relevant stakeholders.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and marketing campaigns.


- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.


- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


- Work closely with the product and technology teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of our clients and sales team.


Required Skillset:


- Proven ability to develop and execute successful media sales strategies, driving revenue growth in a digital environment.


- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.


- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.


- Deep understanding of the trucking industry and the needs of businesses operating in this sector.


- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales solutions.


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field from preferably from a Tier-1 institute.


  • - 2-4years of experience in leading business or in heading sales.
