Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, and creating strategies to drive growth.Healthcare marketing in field pref exp in prystyn, practo and similar healthcare marketing.

• Market Research, Negotiation, and Proposal Development expertise
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly mental health, is a strong advantage
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deliver results
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing strategies is desirable
