We are seeking a Team Leader for Business Loans in a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of business loan specialists, ensuring performance goals are consistently met. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, analyzing loan applications, handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth loan processing, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training team members, monitoring workflow, and implementing strategies for process improvement.
