Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating across departments to meet company objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales Strategy skills, with experience in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
• Client Relationship Management and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other business management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business objectives
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred
