We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM) – EPR

Corpseed is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales in our EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) vertical and contribute to impactful environmental compliance solutions.

Location: Noida – Sector 68 (Grovy Optiva Tower)

Working Days: 6 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday Off)

Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) – EPR

Experience: 4–8 Years (EPR | ESG | Environmental Compliance | B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales for EPR services (E-waste, Plastic, Battery, Tyre, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable compliance solutions
• Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and close deals
• Manage follow-ups, client queries, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain CRM data and track daily sales activities
• Coordinate with compliance and advisory teams for project delivery
• Stay updated with CPCB/SPCB guidelines and EPR regulations
