Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Onsite)


We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Proven track record of bringing new clients and growing accounts in the US market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
