About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing sales in the Indian market. The role primarily focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and working closely with recruitment teams to convert opportunities into successful placements.


The ideal candidate should be proactive in lead generation, client engagement, and relationship building, while ensuring seamless coordination with internal delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Identify and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and staff augmentation services across India.
  • Generate hiring mandates for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring models.
  • Establish relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure quality candidate submissions, faster turnaround, and successful placements.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and recruitment teams to align hiring priorities and expectations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial client engagement to deal closure.
  • Achieve revenue targets and maintain visibility on pipeline and sales progress.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT Staffing / Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing sales (India market).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and acquire new clients.
  • Experience working with Contract, C2H, and Permanent hiring models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM/ATS tools, and outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
