Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research to support strategic business decisions, and developing tailored proposals. The role also includes negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The candidate will represent Kermis Events professionally and uphold the company's reputation for innovative event solutions.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Skills - Minimum 6 months experience in BD/Sales Required
• Market Research and Analytical Skills
• Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation Skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
• Experience in the events, corporate, or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
