Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dehradun. In this role, you will identify market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth across assigned regions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals. Additionally, you will gather market insights, analyze trends, and contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies to expand the company's footprint. Regular communication with stakeholders to analyze performance metrics and achieve business objectives will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales management skills, including deal negotiation and closing
  • Market research and strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially in antibiotic and non-antibiotic markets, is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certifications in business or pharmaceutical fields are a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role
