Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru through an on-site role. The primary responsibilities of this position include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will lead the sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing deals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strategize to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the organization's values and vision.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Analytics
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the industrial supply chain or procurement sector is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as required
