Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth not only for DECOY but its associate brands. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, negotiate contracts or partnerships, and analyze business performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Growth Initiatives
• Excellent Communication Skills command over the English Language
• Strong Networking, Relationship Management, and Cross-Team Collaboration skills
• Ability to identify Market Trends, Conduct Market Research, and Analyze Data to drive business insights
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong Leadership and Decision-Making capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury products, retail, or fragrance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
