Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive company growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal departments to align services with client needs. The role also involves attending industry events, tracking sales goals, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
  • Experience with Contract Negotiation, Proposal Writing, and Sales Strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on-site in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in design consultancy or related industries is an advantage
