🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)

📍 Location: Noida | In-Office

💼 Experience: 2–3 Years

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

🎯 Average Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

WellnessZ is looking for a Business Development Representative who can take ownership of revenue pipelines across B2B and B2C segments in the health-tech and wellness industry.

At WellnessZ, we help wellness professionals, clinics, and health businesses manage their clients, programs, and growth through structured digital systems.

What you’ll do:

✅ Build and manage B2B & B2C sales pipelines

✅ Handle cold calling, follow-ups, demos, and client meetings

✅ Qualify inbound and outbound leads

✅ Work closely with founders, tech, operations, and customer success teams

✅ Maintain CRM pipelines and track sales performance

✅ Build strong relationships with high-value prospects and clients

✅ Support revenue growth across WellnessZ products and offerings

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔️ 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Experience with CRMs and structured sales pipelines

✔️ Comfort with cold calling, demos, and in-person meetings

✔️ High ownership, discipline, and result-oriented mindset

✔️ Willingness to work from office in Noida
