Business Development Executive (Inside Sales / B2B Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Freshers (with relevant internships) to 3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join a fast-growing organization. If you're passionate about sales, client interactions, and building long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product or service presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
Requirements
  • Freshers with relevant internships or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
