Job Summary:


We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients through outbound sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, CRM, and other B2B sales tools to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch recruitment/HR solutions.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/MIS reports and sales activity records.


Preferred Background:


  • Candidates with B2B Sales experience from IT Software, SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Recruitment, Staffing, EdTech, ERP, Digital Services, or similar solution-selling industries will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR/Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Tech will be an added advantage.


Requirements:


  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
