B2B Client Acquisition/ Business Development
Location Dwarka Sector 7
Salary - 25 to 35k
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients through outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, CRM, and other B2B sales tools to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and pitch recruitment/HR solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM/MIS reports and sales activity records.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates with B2B Sales experience from IT Software, SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Recruitment, Staffing, EdTech, ERP, Digital Services, or similar solution-selling industries will be preferred.
- Prior experience in HR/Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or HR Tech will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
