Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive with a strong past in cold calling and lead generation to drive outbound efforts, identify high-quality opportunities, and build partnerships to expand Vibencode's presence across global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive consistent outbound outreach with a strong focus on cold calling, engaging qualified prospects, and scheduling relevant discovery calls.
  2. Research and identify potential clients, startups, and businesses requiring software development services.
  3. Engage prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate and nurture leads.
  4. Qualify prospects and coordinate discovery discussions with the leadership team.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth across verticals.


Requirements

  1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT, SaaS or B2B sales, preferably in IT/software services.
  2. Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client conversations confidently.
  4. Ability to manage outreach efforts with consistency and discipline.

Work Mode

This is a remote-first role, with occasional in-office visits to Indore for client meetings, team collaborations, or key events.
