Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow Nile Healthcare’s client base in the US healthcare industry, specifically for Medical Billing and AR Follow-Up services. This role is purely service-oriented and focused on acquiring long-term US healthcare clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for US medical billing & AR follow-up services
  • Sell end-to-end revenue cycle services, including:
  • Medical Billing
  • AR Follow-Up
  • Denial Management
  • Payment Posting support
  • Target US healthcare providers (Physician Practices (Single & Multi Specialty), Clinics, Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASCs), FQHCs)
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations with US clients
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Close contracts and hand over clients to operations smoothly
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets


Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of US healthcare service sales experience
  • Comfortable selling services (not software or products)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused


Nice to Have

  • Existing US healthcare client contacts
  • Experience coordinating with offshore teams
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare compliance
  • CRM experience


Compensation

  • Commission per client or percentage of monthly collections
