Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

What You'll Do

🚗 Visit businesses, brands, and potential clients to pitch our services.

📞 Make cold calls and follow up with warm leads.

🤝 Meet decision-makers, understand their marketing requirements, and identify opportunities.

📝 Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.

💬 Negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close deals.

📈 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

🎯 Consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

🤝 Work closely with our Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to craft winning solutions.


What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident in meeting new people and starting conversations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus (we'll help you learn the rest).
