Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and other communication channels.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with complete accuracy.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Customer Success will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Candidates must have access to a personal laptop.
