Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the flexible packaging industry. The role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
