Skills and Qualities of a Business Development Executive:
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Strong ability to connect, engage, and build trust with prospects.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and attentive to details.
- Confident in handling conversations via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to inquiries/leads received through websites, referrals, social platforms, and campaigns.
- Assess and qualify leads according to predefined factors such as budget, service suitability, and timelines.
- Carry out initial interactions with potential clients (email/phone/WhatsApp) to create interest and establish rapport.
- Keep in touch with non-priority leads by sharing information packs or scheduling follow-up calls.
- Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).
- Provide regular updates to the Management through daily/weekly reports on lead status and progress.
Education Qualification: Graduate – Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

Experience Required: 1–3 years in sales / client-facing role (Branding agencies, IT, or B2B services preferred).
