Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Ernakulam, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and marketing solutions. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing presentations, engaging with potential clients via calls and meetings, and tracking performance metrics in CRM or other tools. The role also requires timely reporting, contributing to sales strategies, and representing PixelBoho professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of converting prospects into clients.
  • Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to support client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, consulting, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
