Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development / Marketing Executive (Back Office) to support
our B2B marketing and sales operations. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong
foundation in industrial marketing, client coordination, and business development—without field work or sales targets.
You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, manage leads, prepare professional
proposals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new B2B business opportunities through market research and data analysis
Support lead generation activities via tele-calling, email communication, and online platforms
Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and follow-ups
Prepare professional business proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing documents
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, dispatch, and accounts) for smooth order processing
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
Track inquiries, prepare MIS reports, and support management with business insights
Assist in digital marketing, tenders, and CRM-related activities (training provided)
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Good organizational and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Adaptability to a fast-paced industrial environment
