Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Perceptive Studio. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, managing outbound and inbound lead generation activities, cold calling, cold messaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.


The Business Development Executive will conduct discovery calls, offer services and book meetings. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular updates to leadership on progress and market insights.


Qualifications:

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities
  • Business and Account Management skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and client retention
  • Experience in creative, marketing, or digital services environments is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets
  • Knowledge of travel & hospitality industry is beneficial & preferred
  • A degree is not needed, however knowledge of business & marketing is preferred
