Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients, including prospecting, cold outreach, and networking. The Executive will manage the full sales cycle: generating leads, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular activity and revenue reports. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to refine offerings, address client feedback, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and converting B2B prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle corporate clients, nurture relationships, and support renewals and upselling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including effective presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate training, IT services, or EdTech is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and CRM skills, along with the ability to work with targets and performance metrics, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
