Role Description This full-time hybrid role for Business Development Executive and Business Development Manager is based in Yamunanagar, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for loan and mortgage products. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their borrowing needs, presenting suitable financial solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. The role also covers coordination with partner financial institutions, managing client accounts throughout the loan process, and ensuring timely documentation and disbursal. The team member is expected to meet defined sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to local market development initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and maintain productive relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and partner institutions.
  • Relevant experience in financial services, lending, or mortgage advisory is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
  • Comfort with hybrid working arrangements and field visits in and around Yamunanagar.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
