Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Reach out to leads and assist in client acquisition
• Support business development and growth initiatives
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Help maintain relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
• Represent MantraCare at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in CRM tools

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/experience in sales/business development are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
