Role Description
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms.
Identify and connect with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, & client coordination.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Working knowledge of Apollo.io or Upwork for lead generation and prospecting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Proficiency in email outreach and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in professional services, consulting, finance, or CA firm sales is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies, lead generation, and sales techniques
- Proficiency in client engagement, relationship management, and communication
- Analytical and research skills to identify new market opportunities and customer needs
- Experience in contract negotiation and proposal development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and general office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or consulting is preferred
