We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling IT services and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, hunting and farming, can identify client pain points, and is confident pitching digital services to decision-makers. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Pitch digital transformation services including UI/UX Design, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Performance Marketing, SEO, and technology solutions.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial estimates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales or digital agency sales.
- Strong understanding of web design, development, digital marketing, or technology solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Comfortable handling longer sales cycles and proposal-based selling.
- Understanding of AI-powered solutions and digital transformation services.
- Existing network within startups, SMEs, or D2C brands.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
