Company Description Ohhpro Junction is an integrated Housing Society Management Super App that helps residential communities streamline daily operations and communication. Designed for residents, society administrators, committee members, and security staff, the platform offers features such as unit management, advanced visitor tracking, home services booking, emergency support, and digital helpdesk access. Users can connect with neighbors, receive society notices, participate in polls, and manage maintenance requests and payments through a single, secure interface. The app also supports society accounting, automatic billing with integrated payment gateways, and comprehensive data management for apartment communities. Ohhpro Junction currently serves Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Pune, with plans to expand to more cities.
Role Description The Business Development Executive Intern will support growth initiatives by identifying potential clients, housing societies, and partners in Bhubaneswar and assisting in onboarding them to Ohhpro Junction. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will conduct market research, generate leads, participate in outreach activities, and help present product features and benefits to decision-makers. The role includes coordinating meetings and demonstrations, collecting feedback from prospects and clients, and supporting the development of sales materials and presentations. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to local marketing and brand awareness efforts. This is an on-site internship role based in Bhubaneswar.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present product value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development activities, such as lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building.
- Ability to conduct structured market research, analyze local housing society needs, and summarize findings for the team.
- Comfort with using digital tools and applications, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to maintaining records, tracking follow-ups, and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated mindset with willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in residential community solutions, property technology, or SaaS platforms; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.

💰 Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month (Performance-based)

🎓 Eligibility- MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, General Management)
- Final Year MBA Students & Recent MBA Graduates
- Graduates (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, or equivalent) who want to build a career in Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sales, client relationship management, and business growth
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Generate and qualify business leads across residential communities, RWAs, apartment associations, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
- Promote and demonstrate Ohhpro Junction SaaS solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build relationships with housing societies, developers, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
- Support business closures and revenue generation.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales activity reports.
- Assist in market expansion and business development initiatives.
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO.
- Learn Enterprise SaaS Sales and Solution Selling.
- Hands-on exposure to startup operations and business growth.
- Mentorship from experienced industry leaders.
- Exposure to B2B, B2C, and Institutional Sales.
- Internship Completion Certificate.
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Six-day rotational work week.
- Sunday will be a working day due to client and community engagement requirements.
- One weekday will be provided as the weekly off.
