  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable HRMS solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
