What We're Looking For- Proven experience in selling HRMS, HR Tech, SaaS, or related software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable HRMS solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
