Role: Business Development Executive (02 Years) IT / Fintech
Role Overview
HDSOFT Systems is seeking a Business Development Executive to support growth across its IT services and fintech solutions portfolio. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to revenue generation. This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career in B2B sales within the technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services and fintech solutions
- Research and target potential clients across industries such as banking, financial services, startups, and SMEs
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
- Maintain and track leads throughout the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and fintech developments
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers may apply)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or fintech products
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good to Have
- Internship or prior experience in IT sales, SaaS, or fintech
- Exposure to B2B sales environments
- Understanding of digital payments, APIs, or banking-related solutions
- Experience in lead generation or cold calling
