Grey To Yellow is a growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through effective online strategies. We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct regular outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. The role includes qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal marketing and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Connect and pitch services to the leads.
- Do strong follow up and convert leads.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client interaction details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to market analysis and competitor research.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience required.
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Business development processes and commercial acumen to support pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, persuasive presentations, and confident client interactions.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture client relationships, support retention, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Relevant experience in B2B services, marketing, or technology sectors, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to track activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
