Position: Business Development Executive – FinTech (Cross-Border Payments)

Job Overview:
EFIcyent is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors.
- Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations.
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates.
- Represent EFIcyent during industry events, networking meets, and fintech conferences.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry.
- Good understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Existing network within fintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
