• Manage the entire business development cycle — from prospecting to successful conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

What You Bring

• 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales (finance, insurance, edtech, or consulting preferred).
• Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on meeting targets and timelines.
• A proactive and quick learner who can simplify and communicate financial concepts clearly.
